I'm not sure I can articulate it or not, but I like this picture. Something about it has drawn me back to it. I've looked at it now three times. Fourth with the comment.

The highlights in the foreground need a little more, but I'm still drawn to it.

Good work Ninfa.

This print could be awesome, but you let a lab do it. If your going to shoot b+w then make the investment and do the film yourself. It's so much fun!

Beautiful eyes and smile, if you know her well tell her to lose the nose stud.

I could be way off base, but I guess that's why were all posting here.

Sai, you are correct. I did misread your comment. I to are all for the lines.

I don't think Nan, edited her comment. I took her framing suggestion as doing away with the lines.

I do like the compression is on this shot, the buildings have to be three blocks away.

Nice use of compression with a zoom.

Nan, I have to disagree with you, I think the lines make the whole picture. The lines and space to the left give the feeling of solitude.

I like it just the way it is. :-)

You did a good job with the lightning. I think the stair rails could be positioned better. Here if they were centered it would look as if the viewer was walking up on the "haunted mansion".

Looks good.

I think you did a great job capturing feelings. Eerie, stange, lonely, afraid all come to mind when I see this picture.

Good Job.

Nice shot, I love the clouds. I would love to see this in B+W.

This photo nails it, the expression, the cigarette, the dress. I only have one problem, and it may not be a problem depending on what you were looking for, but I would have loved to seen the eyes. Maybe a fill flash on a very low power setting, just to get some light on the left side, or maybe some manipulation in photoshop. Regardless this photo is excellent.
