Alexander, You are wrong. If I had not been touched by your image, I would not have left a comment at all.
I like this shot for the smooth lines and sublte curves. If you choose not to tell me that is fine too. I understand where you are coming from

Hi Brad,
I'm actually reluctant to tell people what the object that I photograph is because I prefer my work to be looked at for what it is, rather than from the perspective of "oh, look how he managed to make someething look like something else". I'm concerned less about my technical prowess than my ability to communicate through my images.
Since you're asking about what the actual object is, I assume that the image failed to touch you on a level other than being a simple curiosity. Am I correct in this assumption?
