I really like the way the bridge is reflected in the droplets - I also like the colour combination of red bridge and a cyan/blue sky.

i really like that you can see little upside down bridges in the droplets. very creative use of your car's windshield (i'm assuming). I dont know how i feel about the composition, however you might have been limited by the reflections in the water.
