The textures and the white in this image is arresting! And the sky is the perfect counterpoint in color and texture. Great compositiopn and great cropping/framing. Nice choice of focal length too. I'm green with envy!

WOW! un portfolio impressionante, sottileneato anche dalle varie scelte dello staff.
anche questa foto è veramente spettacolare, bello il bianco che hai ottenuto e l'azzurro del cielo, con le nuvole che scappano.
la cosa fantastica è che hai ottenuto delle linee visive cha danno movimento ad un immagine assolutamente statica.

This needs to be in a travel guide somewhere, because it's definitely compelling me to want to visit! What an amazing, if alien, landscape! I like the positioning of the mound, and it's shadow give the image a nice depth. Of course that blue sky really helps to give the needed punch.
Gorgeous layering and excellent detail throughout the sand.

Very attractive, almost surreal shot. Good choice of panoramic format, the wide angle perspective is just after my fancy. The only thing I would have considered (if there is space from a crop) is a tad more space on the right side, since the sand rim touches the right side of the photo. A minor point, for sure - excellent picture for sure !

Luck helps but this image proves you great photographic eyes and skills!
Yes the light was good and it gave nice soft shadows over the bright white sand but you exposed it perfectly, it seems tricky like photographing snow!
The low angle insured that the depth of the duns waves are clear and the bright blue sky is the perfect background
Yes luck helps but you worked hard for this and the results is fascinating!
