Thanks for the comment and feedback. I tried as hard as possible to cut the sky out of the shot entirely, but I couldn't do it without losing some of the motion of the water in the foreground. I think the sky should have more presence, perhaps as my Pshop skills improve, I will someday be able to fix it.

Basically I love the shot. I would prefer a different treatment of the sky.

Cool - I like the abstract nature of this shot of this water. Still has a hint of motion in it...
