mike this is a fantastic shot, too bad with the cropped head of the fighter in camouflage shorts. as previsouly mentioned by others the expression of the guy with the glasses was fantastically captured..i kinda liked the photographer on right being captured as well. job well done!

Na, talking about boxing, the pro's though, the Mike Tyson's etc. Probably all part of the show tho, I've never come across it in the amateur ranks. I used to fight too and loved it. In kickboxing, never, I dont think they know how to get angry!

yeah he does Mauy Thai and he's a great kid. he is 16 and fighting against 21 yr olds so he does really well. i have always enjoyed good old western boxing, did it as amateur and trained on and of for last 20 yrs... havent seen any true animosity in all that time... so no real fenzy of anger... think you meant kick boxing either way.. dunno about that if they are truely angry either

He'd have to be pretty tough, it's amazing what these guys do to each other. The most amazing thing is, it's totally different from boxing, they don't work theirselves up into a frenzy of hating their opponent first. They all have a genuine respect for each other. It's a great sport really!
