About I was in a field shooting Monarch Butterflies when I saw this and it scared the crap out of me...but even worse when he jumped off his web towards me...I don't think I have ever run so fast with a mono pod and equipment haha.

Nice shot Dan, I saw a similiar one about an hour away from you. I think they are Orb Weavers. The markings on this one are really neat.
