Hi Dev,
I really like this. The shutter speed is optimal to get the silky feel you were going for. I don't agree on the focal point comment...I think it's one of those photos that shoudl be taken as a whole. It's absolutely gorgeous!

Thanks Lukasz for your comments. I can see your point. I attempted to capture the full flow of water along with all the objects as seen here. Hence, my focus points were many when i composed it.
Nice to know how other members look at it. Thanks again. It really helps.

what I miss here is the focus point - there are too many objects in the view and it is difficult to concentrate on them;
