This really is a small one!
I remember the first time I saw one of these and had to look it up in a book to see what it was. We saw a couple in Cape Cod last week, but the background was pretty bad, so I didn't get any shots.
There was also a flock of Great Blue Herons (about 50 of them all in one area)
Apparently they come and stop over there for a while at the same salt marsh in Wellfleet every fall. There was a guy there with one of those 600mm lens's trying to get some shots of them, but I think they were even too far away for that lens, nevermind my little zoom.
