I really should get around to season two. Wanted to start off with a series of sleezy pub shots where we'd see Mr Boot drowning his sorrows night after lonely night... but not sure if I could stand the looks I'd get from patrons! :)) Maybe Mrs Boot living it up with a pair of slick Armanis???? LOL. But hey, like all good blockbusters, the sequels never quite cut it, so maybe I should leave it here. Perhaps just sell the rights for a calendar :)) Anyways, glad you liked and can relate to some of the images. Can't believe you picked up the lack of residue in the wine glasses! Damn, I hadn't thought of that! LMAO

Love the song. Takes me back into those late eighties. Love the pic too, great idea and brilliantly executed.

Sniff, sniff...funny, I almost feel sorry for the poor sad sole...so touching! I'm just glad we haven't seen a noose fashioned out of a shoelace...thus, a season 2 may still be fitting!? or would that be too corny!!? hee hee!
My dear Rina...and Jude...you guys had me in stitches!! When I open one of your chapters and it pops up on the screen, the baby starts laughing now...and he has no clue! The older kids were disappointed this was the last...they really enjoyed it, too! To quote my 10 year old when she found out you were done..."Oh man!" in her saddest voice :(
Thanks for the fun and I agree with Ian! Do it again....though the AK47 and BBQ tongs....hmmmm!!?? I'm sure you would make it great!
ENCORE...ENCORE!!
*awesome shot, by the way!! I am very impressed!!*

This one works very well, the perspective and contrast between the boot and plane is great and the soft focus adds to the texture. Good work.

Thought about "Leaving on a jet plane" but it wasn't as heart-wrenching :))
Already tossing around ideas about the inter-marital scandal between an AK47 and bbq tongs and all the social dilemmas they face.
Know any good agents...? I'll leave you to nut out the fine print for me!!

Did I mention I love that song? Well I do...a perfect end theme to a tragic story.
And the rolling credits held me to the last line. If you don't win an Oscar, Rina, there's no justice in Hollywood.

*stands and applauds wildly, throwing popcorn over the audience and into the balcony*
Bravo! Bravo!! A magical production! Edgy, searing performances! Dazzling choreography! Pathos! Drama! A sole-stirring soundtrack!
I can hardly wait for the BBC mini-series! *runs away to by the DVD collectors edition with tiny boot figurines*

Hello Rina! What a strong series! Congtrats on the angles and tones. From one to seven a fasinating examination of animating the inanimate (there should be a name for this genre), and to stay true to the plot of this pathos filled little melodrama really quite an achievement! This boot is watching the plane with such a hangdog (or is that hush puppy(sorry))look! Wow! Welcome to use film, I've enjoyed your studies thus far but this is another step entirely, a soap star is born! By all means disregard your credibility if it means more of these. What a staid place this would be without a bit of play like this, and surely it's the best way to learn. Really rewards me for logging on when I can witness a creative burst like this. This is "serious", it's exploratory, which is useful to me, and it serves seriously cheesy plot! Congrats. Author! Author!

Well Rina I can empathise with the scorn of the teenager - I have three of them! At 16 this is the one with the sharpest tongue.http://www.usefilm.com/image/777542.html
His catchphrase just now is "you are weird Mum". Maybe he is right I mean why wouldnt his friends want to see the lice on the guinea pig under the microscope _ I was EDUCATING them!

Hahaha... sorry Gabrielle, yes, last one.
To quote my 15 year old daughter after seeing the series, "You SO have no life mum!"
Boy, talk about sucking the fun out of it. Oh well, back to reality I guess...
Cheers and thank you so much for coming back!!
