I actually have a lot of sympathy for people that diet. I have never dieted in my life and because of an over active metabolism have always been around 43-50kgs. Expect when I was pregnant and always put on half my body weight and popped at 75kgs....but dropped down very quickly afterwards. Believe me, it isn't fun. 5'7" and under 100 pounds means you have to buy girls sizes and there aren't many girls clothes that fit women....grrrr!

Hahahaha...I am sorry. But it does have its drawbacks. I have to limit my foods. I cannot have big meals...but instead have many small meals. That way I don't lose too much weight but still keep my energy up. It is horrid at times.

Hahahaha...you will be pleased to know that I didn't eat any of it. My youngest son and my hubby hoed into them afterwards.
When it comes to donuts they have to be fresh before I will eat them. And where we live we don't have any fresh donuts...they are all shipped in...yuck!!
