Beautiful in it's dark, edgy glory!

I like this Keseph, it's very mysterious, the blur makes it take on a very impressionistic painterly look and I definitely like that, makes me think of the "lady of the lake" kind of eerie and yet beautiful, I like the original best because of the reflection, really adds to the mystery, and gives the viewer 'possibly' another clue...and I like the color too because of the painterly look..very nice stuff..Like it a lot...Linda

Kes-

Sorry about the camera.

I dunno about the picture.
It's in the impressionistic
style but that alone isn't
enough to make me like it.

It's printed dark but her
dress stills glows white,
maybe that has something to
do with it.

Sammy -

Thanks! What do you like about it? I almost deleted it this morning, but decided I liked it too...

btw, this is a "Lemonade" shot.

The little Sony Cyberlemonshot's zoom/auto-focus is acting up again...grrr...that's the "why" of the out of focus view.

So, when life gives you a Sony-Lemon, ya make lemonade!

I guess it's back to the repair shop..for the third time since 11/2004...for the little Sony.

(Ok, leaving it under the sprinkler for four hours was not good, I admit.)

:-o

murat -

I played with the B&W and tinting a little also, but I still prefer the color. I sometimes invert reflections, but it didn't even occur to me on this shot...

I like it!

Your title sounds much better! I purposefully choose a seemingly silly name for initial use... experimental..

Kind regards,
Keseph

And when rotation is made, a different image is done..

Hi Heseph,
I played with the colour, gamma & saturation..
Now its like this named soul in deep forest..
A cool image..
Best wishes

I waited a while to comment.
Wasn't sure at first,
but now I'm liking it (the original) a lot!

The original is perfect, Keseph!
You HAVE to keep the reflection in the image, it's too good to cut off.
Very eerie feel without a face...well done!!

I actually like the original...cropping for subject right in the middle makes it too static. The way it is makes my eye move around the entire frame.

If I were to crop, this would be my first choice.
