There are two ways that one could cross the zambezi river between Beira and Nampula - the first is the ferry @ caia (where the phot of the boy leading his blind grandfather was taken) and the other about 80kms north - this old railway bridge, converted by putting down these endless rows of wooden sleepers to provide the platform for vehicle travel, the bridge is perfectly straight and almost 4kms long, so spanning the floodplain between sena and morrumbala.
Great abstract with lovely contrasting colours and textures. The bold symmetric lines leads one right trough to the other side almost. Great work Tjaart.
