Such an air of anticipation here Carol. Holding my breath waiting for the sky to move. Regards John

Outstanding capture! I like how the leading lines run to the shack. You have a good eye for composition.
My compliments,

Perfect timing. To capture the "warmth" of a winter sunrise is a treat. Being there, at this moment, must have made you feel very very small. Congrats on a fine image.

Has stark, dramatic power. A little like an Andrew Wyeth painting? Very nice!

This is a winner Carol. A little to early and cold for me but I'm glad you did it. The snow worked so well...leading the eye right into the old building.

The sense of place here is captured well. The broad expanse of sky provided by the prarie landscape, the austerity, the low winter sun, the elegant and simple creations of the people, tell a vivid story.
