for instance , this morning was -2 degrees... VERY COLD.... but the days are around 10-15.. and in summer we get up as high as 44 degrees... from one extreme to the toher.... thanks james kel

How cold is it down there kel? The coldest it got up there was about 2C (35F), and it was generally a pleasant 7C (45F) during the day --- not bad for 80-degrees north!!

Spectacular scenery, well composed shot. Agree with Vincent about contrast and colors, and would suggest a second sharpening after resizing for upload, the original shot is tack sharp for sure ;-)

I like the atmosphere with this image. The pieces of floating ice makes this work for me. I would only suggest adding perhaps a little more saturation, brightness and contrast to give it just a little more pop. Seems a little flat as posted. Just my opinion. Very nice work!
