Thanks for the comment--
Not a blur filter, but I have been messing around with different glow, grain, and contrast effects in PS to try and achieve an infrared look...I can't afford the filter for my camera right now.
About the hat...I don't know... probably a rare find! : )

Tells a great story.
Do a detect a bit of blur filter in the background ?

Thanks! I don't do a lot of street photography.
Well, I did indulge in the $1.25 beer, but you have to be 45 years or older to try and hit the dainty. Have you ever heard of a dainty contest? I hadn't, before I moved here.
