very nice. I have learned from some of my comments that after converting the photo and your settings, then re-sizing it to post, the last thing you need to do is sharpen. Re-sizing the photos really takes a lot out of the sharpness.

Yea .. they really beautiful and photogenic.

i think it need a slight contrast and sharpenning:
