You are right Cheryl. I'm redoing the rest of the series cos they were too bright! It's quite hard to get that balance right(when you don't know what you're doing), and I'm just not happy with the rest. There were four pics, but the first two are the only ones I could live with.

I like the selective coloring, I only wish the light wasn't as bright - maybe off to the right a little more where you can crop it out but show the source? Not sure - it just takes away from your subject with the bright spot (IMHO). I love the idea of this shot though - it's really a great "pained-love" series you are doing.
