Chyeers Mark! I actually thought of boofing up the contrast but it would have lost the caveyness. I see a tunnel top right I was also thinking of burning up to emphasise, not sure what else I could have done... Nice to hear from ya. Will pay visit to tokanui saturday night.

Hi Ian, this one took me a while.... Couldn't quite chose between a fly moving through the hairs of my receeding hairline or your dog in the dunes... Could've maybe been both superimposed, but then again, How did you get a photo of a fly moving throuhg the hairs of my receeding hairline? Hmmmm. On second thought, I'd settle on the explanation that it actually is a dog, and that my hairline looks like a dune...I like this effect; a very clearly visible ridge in the sand, closing the composition, and the dynamic effect of the slow shutter / push focus. Very creative approach, and an intriguing effect. I'll stop thinking now, as it begins to hurt, and I want to admire this view for a while longer... Nice!

Cheers,

Hugo

Hi ya David. Never sure push focus or pill focus is the term, but I've quite enjoyeddoing slow exposures and zooming in our out during them, For the double exposure effect one need only have a definite start and stop during the exposure.
Still not sure what the effect is called but has a spontaneity and a fun factor tripods don't.
