The image is level, the tilt is caused by the basin geting closer to the lens as you go left.
You input & opinion of the perspective is very appreciated however.

Hi Karl, Fantastic clarity in this photo, and a very well balanced range between the dark / shadows and the bright spots. The mirrorlike reflection in the water is so smooth, it almost seems artificial, and it does create a very tranquil atmosphere. For the balance in the composition, I might'v considere placing thte horizon / pier just off the horizontal centerline of the photo, but that's only a minor detail; not sure if it would've made a difference, though. Well taken!

A fantastic nightshot. The colours and the reflections are a real piece of work, but it looks like it needs to be straightened just a little bit. It's leaning slightly to the left, right?
