Well seen and composed, but I think the toning is a little overdone for my taste. A more subtle sepia would be more effective. The foreground could also use some sharpening. Attached in my suggested edit, consisting of a light sharpening and a desaturated toning.

I do not know about the title but I love that picture.. the clouds pattern is at best scary but really dramatic. The toning is well thought about. Good work Gonçalo. Sabz
