I have to give this picture a 7 out of 7 because the colors are amazing and so is the composition. I love pictures along the water, and you did a wonderful job capturing the fish net/boxes and the house on the water in the horizon.

Why "darn it" for 1500 ISO? The noise is no problem at this image size and I get the impression it would go a whole lot larger. The nice inversion--brighter sea, darker sky--creates a strong lowering/threatening mood, and a great atmosphere. The highlights on the fishing cages are just perfect. Wonderful B&W! Must have it in my favourites.

Good view indeed - if you have the right eye for composition - excellend diagonal recession in space for the foreground - wonderful atmosphere.

You may have to drop a gradient mask on the sky and reset with levels to get a true white out of the clouds - minor tweak.

Very nice view, Kevin. I like your use of foreground interest to draw the eye into the picture.

Nice panoramic crop and good light, nice b&w conversion, beautiful sky.

Are you taking part in the BBC "A Picture of Britain" competition?
