Hi Kevin:
I like the sky but in my opinion it appears too desaturated and the B&W sky distracts from the piece. I think it's a stunning skyscape and I also think the composition is quite good! I am also distracted by the uncanny feeling I get that the horizon is a tad bit tilted downward a degree or two on the left side.
In summary, it's a great image and I think I'd try to add at least a little tint to the sky and straighten it - were it mine.

Original chromatic and composition. Perhaps you should work separately the clouds to avoid the hard contrast on ground (white and black zone.

Very good image. Outstanding sky\clouds.
I'm not sure about composition. Hill takes the center, boat - the left side, but what about right? It'd be cropped, imho. Till the red ball, for e.g.

Beautifull composition and indeed the sky really adds drama to the whole setting. It might be good to try to darken the white tones in the foreground (especially the waterreflections and the lightstrips around the boatmasts) Interesting work, the panoramic view works really well here.
