Nice action capture Roger thanks for the comment on the 'urn' and I know it goes against the grain to suggest 'cloning' but that would be my option in this case - as it was not an easy one to get level - Margaret

Nah, Chris. Zooms would make it all too easy! Perhaps when/if I get a digital camera? Glad you liked this one... Dogs are wonderful creatures and can teach us a lot.

Kevin, it's a real pleasure to hear you say that. The supportive and encouraging atmosphere at Usefilm is great, but it does make it hard to express criticism without appearing harsh, and sometimes it provokes a hurt reaction. I think you have great talent but I've made FAR more mistakes than you (been alive a lot longer) so I know what to do about some of them...

I guess the dog decided enough of the chatting, we're out here to play. Mary

That's a neat capture you have there, my only critique would be that it's too bright from overcompensating on the shutter speed, but you already pointed that out. Good job and I'm glad you got to play with your lens.
Thanks for your comments on my images. It's nice to have someone who points out the good and the bad in my images, because it helps me learn more about how I could improve myself. So, thanks for doing that.

A very nice everyday capture, Roger. I'm glad you're enjoying your telephoto ~ zooms are even more fun, apart from the odd bit of distortion! Best regards, Chris
