Your timing is perfect - how you caught this shot and how you card filled up only after catching it. Great composition - not sure how you did that with this much action... The DOF is perfect, too. The skink and head of the bird are perfectly in focus. Great shot!

I was not only there, Dave, but got the shot off too. I was only able to get one more shot off after this one before my CF card filled up. I don't know how I lost track, but I was mighty glad that I nailed this shot at the peak of action because I didn't get anything while he was subduing or eating it.
