Thanks! I resubmitted a newer one with less "stuff" on the bottom. I didn't have more sky to add as you suggested but my wife suggested also that there was too much in the foreground. I tried to balance it out a bit with the resubmit..

Eric... This is a very nice image which is good presentation of the power of the wind....
The motion effect on the blades adds to the meaning of the photo but I would prefere that you have included more of the cloudy sky in the upper part of the photo rather than the green land to add to the dramatic and power mood of the image which should be driven from the wind and reflected on the moving blades...
Anyhow, this will not change the fact that I like this image and you presented your meaning successfully.
