About Colours and details are better with the sun behind you, but you get the shadow of the tower... Interesting scene.

Beautiful scenery Roger, giving the feeling of being there
Many thanks for commenting on "Painting with nature"
I didn't take this time another shot without the filter, the view was beautiful also natural, but with the filter I got an interesting composition
with rich colors, maybe a bit strong in the upper part
Best regards

Yes, very interesting scene, I like very much the two contrast , green and blue/grey.
Relax and caotic!
Very interesting

yeah, 800 ISO will do that... but still wonder how the image would look like if you process it a bit..your right about limiting it to the sky.. still, it is a great shot

Paul, the noise you can see in the sky is actually grain from the 800 ISO film--not the best choice for a sunny day in late spring. I have pretty good software for smoothing out grain but the trick is to limit it to the area of the sky. I'm not good at that, yet...

actually the shadow of the tower is what led me to this image.. love the perspective.. looks like some noise in the sky from your scan... neat image can help take some of the noise out.. love the view you got from the tower.. good work

Gosh, I hate to say Holy Cow, but holy cow, I can't believe you got all of that in the frame...wow...and you still had room for some sky..amazing, lots to see here..good color...again they are using every bit of their real estate...hey I got a kick out of you having to look up bleachers..hehehe....:):)Linda

A superbly detailed cityscape, Roger, with some great curving lines.

An amazing scene with wonderful detail. I see the Japanese, much like the Europeans, make it a point to have trees in their cities. We could learn from them.

Well done!

Wonderful sight, great detail and colours, and yes the shadow is excellent, adding to the feeling of 'being up there'
