One more thing Lawrence. As you know we are trained to read "left to right" and it is more likely to pull an eye out of frame if the image leading the eye out is on the right end of the image... the eye naturally travels left to right when reading or viewing images...that is another reason I decided to not be to concerned because even though she is turned the wrong way it is unlikely the eye will follow to the left.It would instintively stil go to the right.

Lawrence. I had noticed that as I too make a living designing marketing materials.
When I flipped it to "keep the eye from wondering out of frame" it seemed just to unnatural to me. So I figured I would just not worry about it..
Thanks for pointing that out though..that proves your eye for composition and experience in layout!

Very nice - I really like the layout and the depth it gives the smaller images. A single thing, and this comes from my newspaper days. Katie is heading off the "page" on the far left shot, flip her around? Again, this is my brain prgrammed from laying out pages.
