Great display of our Cape heritage Alison. I agree with Andree and would like to add sometihing. With so much sunshine available, I would photographe these delicate ericas against the sunlight. That will bring their colour and beautiful shape to the fore. Kind regards.

I think that the color is great Alison. But I find the composition too busy and not sharp enough to convey the feeling that you had when you took the picture. It is a difficult shot because of the wild nature of the scene. If it were me I would have removed the twigs in front and focused on the closest flower stem to give a direction to the image.
