Yes, Jacinthe, I was also at Ngorongoro on this trip, but I've never been to Lake Manyara.

You are quite welcome. Did you have the chance to go to Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara during your trip? Keep up with the great pictures!

J'adore la profondeur de champs qui lui donne une telle dimension a l'amimal. Bravo!

incredible job on the focus. I keep wondering how you are able to photograph these in the wild; are they completely not interested in you?

strong intense shot James well done

Thanks Dave. This male was wandering around looking for an easy meal, and shortly after this shot he took off after a young gazelle. He must have started his chase too early, because he didn't get it.

Thanks Darlene. Your comment gave me a chuckle. :)

Wonderful shot James, very natural look at this great cat. Nice clarity and DOF, spotting adds to image :)

Darlene Boucher   {K:15739} 5/4/2005

Wow, It does not get any better than this.
What a beautiful Cheetah. This is one of the most beautiful life forms of the African continent.
Thank you for sharing your wonderful images.

You can almost see the potential energy building in this shot, James! Nicely done!

Beautiful, my daughters favorite animal. Just don't give him a reason to run you down...
