Did you use a polarizing filter? That may help to build up the richness of the sky.

BTW, I like the alternate view from "In Transit".

A superb capture with a special perspective...

There is a story... but one will not go into that...

Here is an alternate view...

Thanks Francisco for your kind words.

It was my intention to have edges of buildings parallet to the edges of a photo.
I was sure maneged to do so. When opened in a comp it tured out that not exactly. Tried to rotate the photo but it would mean to cut some part - unfortunatelly a part of a lamp. So decided to leave as it is.

Re dark blue colour of the sky.
I prefer to take underexposed photos when the light is so brights. It is easier to lighten dark photos, to change levels and have nice details. When a photo is overexposed (very light) it usually is not possible to "recover" lost details.

Interesting perspective and composition. Somehow the image pushes me to rotate the viewfinder by a couple degrees, possibly to get the roof line at the top left corner somewhat parallel to the edge of the picture, that may also put in a different perspective the edge of the dome. Looking at it, it's a piece difficult to compose.

Beautiful Cathedral and I like the contrast of the gold dome and the dark blue sky. The detail is very good as well.

Thanks for the Krakow info.

Francisco
