Hi Ann! You're right...this one is part of that chain of waterfalls that exist coming from Crater Lake NP on the way up to Portland; there are like 15 or so...just like you said...some you have to hike to and some that are just a hop, skip & a jump from the car. :) Hope you're doing well. :)

Hi Rob,
I spotted this little gem in the random section whilst I was commenting on another of your images. Isn't Oregon fantastic for its waterfalls. :)
It does have a similar appearance to Upper Multnomah but you say it's not there so I'm wondering if this might be one of the Silverton Falls group. It's about that distance south of Multnomah and there are a bunch of falls in that area. Most you have to hike to but some are at the car park or close by.
A very nice shot with lovely fall colours. Good shutter effect.

Hi Rob, I believe the name of those spectacular waterfalls is Multnomah. This is the upper part. I was there about 6 months ago, unfortunately the weather did not help and I could not take good pictures.
