About Given that colours is my thing, I was immediately attacted to this food stand. The fried round "crepe-shape" dough is called Bunuelos and ther are served with a light syrup made with muscavado (really brown sugar) cinnamom, clove and other things. They are actually very light and very YUMMY. The vivid colours is what I liked here.

These are great colors. So much yellow: the tarp, the bunuelos, the counter top, and that splash of blue in the lower left. Well done. -- Naomi

Andrea, thanks a lot for your observation. I debated that precise point as I was cropping some from the top. I see your point, I guess what attracted me was the overwhelming yellow tarp in the rustic street set up. - R.

As a lover of bunuelos, I also love this shot. The colors are very lively and attractive. Now, if only that lightbulb weren't there! ;-)

Regards,
--George

Love this scene! Look at all that food! I think if anything, maybe a portion of the top could be cropped off. I say this because my eye at first was drawn to the bright yellow top and later the layers of Bunuelos. I think cropping just a portion of the top would make the viewer focus more on the center but still leave us with the vibrant colors and yellow frame. I was drawn to this photo immediately because of it's "atmosphere" - I too am a fan of color :)
