About	Do you ever have bad days....well I did, yesterday. Everything was against me....the light, the weather, a jittery model who wanted to run the show and to top it all off, people. We were the only ones in the area until some people came down and decided to stand 2 foot in front of the camera. I was speechless. I ended up giving up when the light got too dark. The photos seemed to reflect the days luck and I only managed to rescue a select few out of them...!! These last few photos are those ones I saved....somehow. Oh well...tomorrow is another day.

Ahhhh...finally someone has picked up the one area that really appealed to me. I used the channel mixer to convert it to BW and adjusted the tones until I got this finish. I really liked the grain in the sky as it enabled a clear separation from the foreground. If you want I can upload the colour version. Actually I really liked the colour version because of the intense glow from the sunset across her face.

I really like this photo! I think it is very quite looking. Almost scereen (sp). However the clouds in the background almost seem grainy yet the girl is completely clear. How did you get that result? Was it to do with the lighting you talked about? I like that appearance by the way. :)

I originally was going to keep this in colour as the golden glow of the sunset lit up her face and dress but when I went to BW...it just seem to finalise the emotion.
