Hi Lori, When you go to Sedona, go north out of Sedona along Oak Creek Canyon and follow it up to where the parking lot is for the West Fork of Oak Creek and hike back in there. It is very easy walking and you will be amazed at the area. You are In a very deep canyon with a small creek that you walk over in places. A must see area.

Hi Don, effective use of the leading line created by the trail ligned by the cactii. The high level of details and the colours are beautifully captured. Out of curiosity, I wonder what a very low camera postion would do, I have a feeling it would emphasise the height of the cactii, but would diminish the effect of the leading line taking the eye towards the background. Either way, a well excecuted and balanced shot.
Cheers,
Hugo

You know Don, this shot really looks like AZ. The sky, and hills and clear air. Enjoy the weather. Do I hear the great plains calling yet? JB who has been too busy working to shoot.

Very nice Don, Great exposure here, nice colors. What magnificent cacti these are, and you've captured them with such good detail!
I'll be seeing the AZ dessert next month when we go to Sedona for our anniversary. We have never been there to just wander around...looking forward to it.
Have a great evening, Lori ;)
