I noticed your suggestion, and while your crop bring more focus to the image, I think the cars add a certain drama that I would hate to lose.

Clever pun, good visual expression of it. Well done!

I stopped by to look at your photos after your kind comment about my toy camera shot. It's very refreshing to see someone concerned that his work should look natural, not artificial. I see so many colour pushed all the way to gross over-saturation maybe because there are sure to be people to say "great colours." Now to comment on a photo or two...

Hi Kevin, thanks for your comment yesterday. It made me visit your portfolio, and I'm impressed by your creative approach, you have a very good eye for composition and design, Creative stuff! I like the grapical composition in this one. Good shot. Might play a bit with the levels to make the tones a tad more lively, but that's about all I can find to nitpick...;)

Cheers,

Hugo

Thanks for your comments, everybody. I think you're right, about the exposure, and what Margaret said about the contrast. One of the problems is that the camer I own is so cheap I can't even adjust the exposure to any amount of prescision. I just have to play with the auto-expose until I get the feel I want. heh. What can I say, I'm a broke College Student. but I'll keep what you've said in mind, for sure.

I little underexposed, Kevin; the levels could have come up a bit. Great execution of a clever title.

Hmmm... that's actually not a bad idea, cropping it more. I already played a little bit with brightness and contrast, but I don't want to overdo it, or it can get a little overboard and look fake... I dunno. Thanks for the thought, though.

Very creative, both the shot and the title. I like the perspective and it is nice and sharp. I would perhaps have added a bit more drama by cropping out the cars [or cloning the street back a bit further] and just a bit of brightening/contrast. See what you think
