That's a good point, Roger! That would have been an interesting aspect to add. I was really just focusing on getting a good shot in those glasses at the time though. Then again, on the other hand, the point of the image is not about the books I read. Neither is it really to show people what I look like, because my entire face is in shadow. What I like about the image is the way it communicates certain things I feel about photography as a photographer. But then again, part of that is left up to the viewer to interpret. :)

Very effective it is, too! I'm not sure what the out-of-focus books in the background contribute. Maybe if we could have read the titles they would have told us a bit more about you...
