No tweaking in PS...I would love to learn how to do what you're talking about. I don't know and am definitely not a digital darkroom person...would like to try it out though! Any suggestions?

A very rare lighting situation, a dream for landscapes ;-) I guess you did not tweak the sky tones with PS or a ND grad filter. The sky is so beautiful, that I would take two shots, prophylactic: this one for the ground, and another for the sky part, with 30% overlap. Sometimes you get really great square format shots, when you stitch two (or three) landscape formats together vertically

OMG!! Totally AMAZING! Beautiful colors and so much dof. It looks very serene, a place to sit for hours and still never take it all in.

Stunning landcape! The colours are superb, the brilliant colours are a nice contrast to the darket sky. Nice composition -- Kind regards, Rafael

Thanks Peta! The lighting was so unreal and gave everything such a warmth to it. One of my friends tells me how lucky I am...I agree with him...right place at the right time. :)

Hi Chris...this is Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs, CO. There is a great amount of climbing that you can do there as well. It sits at the foothills of the Rockies. Thanks for comment!
