that is a very cute face. The cream is a very nice accent but I also love his expression. He is such an adorable child. His eyes are so beautiful.
The only suggestion I have is when converting to B&W I might have tried to give the red channel a little more weight to brighten up the face compared to the background. The face and the background have very similar tones. It is only a minor thing, though. I really like this photo. You got the moment perfectly and that is what matters.
