Doing pretty good Kevin, I see three dark formations that are curiously the same LOL...my skies never come out well. I've only tried the 'cloud experimenting' a few times and they were a disaster. You are the 'sky expert' for sure,
Good job, Lori ;)

When I was a much younger man we used an artist whose special skill was creating skies. He could create skies to order--we used them in my ad agency as backdrops for photo shoots, for posters, things like that. I kept one of them for years but lost it in a move. He worked with air brush, and was ligthning fast, but these days I guess it would be PhotoShop. Your skies are wonderful... as here, for instance.

Very dramatic skies Kevin & like the way both boats are tilted in opposite directions. The photo has sense of surrealism to it, if I may suggest to adjust focal length of lens or back up a few feet so entire left hull of boat(Foreground) is seen. Other than that a beautiful image, cheers.

Brilliant shot Keith! Love the way the masts of th boats form a triangle... The skies look very atmospheric if a touch noisy... It also looks like the large cloud on the right has had a blur put through the middle of it which is a touch distracing? Other than that this is superb and very atmospheric and full of interest. Well done!
