I am pleased you like these style of images. They are made up of many, many layers. The outfit in this image for example was made purely on the computer for this particular image. Everything is worked and worked until they blend in...sometimes not as much as they should be though.....LOL!!

Judi, I think this is a really cool composition, and a fish out of water has never looked so good, but to me the sky chosen doesn't match the lighting and tone of the other parts. The sunlight on the clouds seems to come from behind and to left while the light on the rock comes from front right, and the deep blue of sky too dark for blue of water.
I played around with it a little,rather sloppily, to look at it with different sky and play with lighting and came up with this. Hope you're not offended,you can slap me now. :)
