What gorgeous colour! I need to head out to your neck of the woods next fall! I agree with Toni about cropping the green growth at the bottom of the screeen, it doesn't really add anything. I'm off to check out your portfolio!

Joellen, gorgeous colors in this image. I like the way you composed the curvature of the lake. I would crop out the green growth at the bottom in the water since it is so dark and there is no detail visible. If you had held a graduated filter in front of your lens (don't know if you can get a filter holder for your camera), with the dark half over the sky and upper trees, then you would have gotten a balanced exposure and would not have that dark area at the bottom. Don't believe I've ever seen such beautiful colors on trees.
