Hi Tyler, I was visiting Florida last month, and these two people were total strangers. I offered to email them pics (I took a bunch of em), but they weren't interested, so I have no name or email.... sorry. I think they called it Power Paragliding. I don't think you'll have any problem finding info on this, if you do some searches.
