Is this window light that you are using here? It's a little hot on the left as I am sure you know, but have to tried the image in B&W or Grayscale. The plant in the background is drawing my eye away from the subject. I like your work and seems that the new digital was a plus for you. Good job. One more thing. When I use window light and fine that its to hot, I tape thin paper on the window to give the soft box effect.
