Thank you very much for all the comments. This critter was a tough one to photograph. I was using my typical "cat setup", which is to drape the backdrop over a table so the cat has to think twice before taking off on me. He was not co-operating at all, so I had the owner pet him to try and relax him. I took some nice head and shoulder shots like this while she was petting his back and tummy.

Great cat portrait, even with the shallow depth of field, the important part (the eyes) are sharp and crisp and you have captured the colour of Morris perfectly. The catchlights in it's eyes add a lovely sparkle. Great work.

Good light, I think a bit more DOF (maybe around 8) could make it sharper.
