Very nice colouring and composition, but I agree the added texture has the effect of noise here.

Having fun with IR, I see. However, I think the added texture actually fights with the texture of the grass and the fine bare limbs of the trees resulting in the noise that Roberto is talking about. Otherwise a great image and great title too.
