Hai Nina
Very good macro, pleasing colours. Why the pic had to be this small?

I shoot in raw format and use auto-white balance. If I need to tweak it, I do it all in post processing. Thanks for your feedback!

I love how it seems as if the bud on the right is courting the bud on the right. But, she's playing a little hard do get.

You really do a bang up job with your colors! Do you mind if I ask how you set your WB?

Wow! Beautiful combination of color, and selective DOF... This is one of the stronger macro compositions I've seen in a while! I'll have to check out the rest of your portfolio!

I like the shallow DOF , I wish the picture was a little bigger on screen.

I would like to say that it was intentional but it wasn't. Probably should have opened it up a bit and would've had a wider focal range. Next Spring! Thanks for your comments :-)

Nice Macro shot Nina. Like the detail on the bud but what happened to the purple part of the other bud? The leaves around it are reasonably sharp but the coloured part of the bud isn't... Nice composition, good saturation and lovely colours...
