Dave, you may be able to get this shot again with the spring buds on that tree. It doesn't look like it's coming down anytime soon. The tree looks almost spooky and like it really just grabbed the kite. Nice job seeing this one.

Oops is very understandable wehen your kite flies into a tree. The photo, however, is no oops. Contrarivise, it's a very good photo.
