Hi Lee! Actually Lee the flag was hanging striaght down and was attached to a post, I just turned the image sideways and to Me it looked like the wind was blowing! Thanks for looking Lee! My very best.....................John

Thanks Dave! My Wife and I took a little drive today and I found this opportunity at the state park about 10 miles from home!The ice was melting off the roof and refreezing on the flag! The sky was a cloudless blue!! Thanks for looking Dave! Take care.................John
