Nice idea I agree with what Dick said, perhaps a bit of fill flash on Neko would help saperate him from the leaves. The DOF is ok except that it looks as though his paws are a bit more in focus then his head. Hope this helps Jim Gamble

Lovely idea, nicely executed. There certainly is tonal similarity between Neko and the leaves. I like this view, just as I liked him in the green field.
To my eye, his front paws are more dominant than his head. Maybe it is the angle of view that makes them such a strong element.
Once again, very cool!

I think the leaves are a wonderful setting, Kim, although I'm not sure if they so much enhance the color of his fur, as complement it! The lighting looks a little flat, which makes Neko blend even further with the background, but I have to say that's exactly what I like about this shot! You could try 'punching up' the overall brightness a little, but I really like the way the dog and the leaves almost blend together!
